The bill (Reg.No.10670) aims at legislative regulation of the issue regarding appointment of disability pension to judge and in connection with the loss of the breadwinner to unemployable members family of the deceased judge.
In particular, it is suggested to supplement the Law "On Judicial System and the Status of Judges" with a new article 135-1.
According to the bill, the judge recognized as disabled person of group 1 or 2 during the tenure is appointed a disability pension if working experience of the state service is not less then 10 years and the insurance experience fixed to appoint disability pension under the Law "On Compulsory State Pension Insurance" in accordance with the Law "On State Service".
The judge, recognized as disabled person of group 1 or 2 having not less then 10 years of working experience as a judge and insurance experience fixed to appoint disability pension under the Law "On Compulsory State Pension Insurance" regardless of time establishing his disability is appointed a disability pension under and in accordance with the Law "On State Service" if immediately before applying for such pension he served as a judge.
